contract signing
Tuesday, March 20, 2007i am still unsure about my plans to leave the office. but i went on with the contract signing anyway. we didn't agree with the start date yet but i'm asking if i could start in may which is really longer than the usual one-month period.
i need to submit a lot of documents and i need to finish a lot of work before my resignation. busy, busy me.
for now, it's final that i'm really resigning. i have doubts about this decision but i am hoping that i made the right one.

thanks larry. your mantra is a big help. i’ll keep that in mind. 
Have you filed your resignation yet with your current company? Having doubts is but normal since you’ll be leaving your comfort zone and you don’t know the culture in the new organization that you’ll be joining with except of course that they’ll be giving you higher renumeration (i assume this is one of the factors why you’re leaving).
But guess what, after undergoing 4 resignation (the last one wasnt even formal - i just ran away from them), there’s no looking back and you just have to prove that you have made the right decision. as my mantra goes, you can only be loyal to a company to a certain extent but better opportunities for your own growth shouldnt be taken for granted.
