what a year it has been!
Monday, December 31, 2007this year has been very eventful for me. truly it has been my year, year of the boar; two months to go! among other things…
- i got in touch with old friends and met new ones.
- i resigned from a job where i stayed for three years.
- i'm now in a job where i don't know up to how long i could stay.
- i'm back at school.
- i went out on dates.
- learned to smoke
- got my heartbroken more than once (yuck!)
- my dad came home from exile.
- i learned to deal with life's practical jokes (still learning).
last year, i wanted change and 2007 gave me just what i asked for. it has been a difficult year. it's never easy to move out of your comfort zone but everything that happened, good and bad, was what i needed. it has been an emotional roller coaster ride and i'm still in the process of coping up with the extreme emotions that i feel from time to time. there were parts of my life that i got to change successfully but there are those things that no matter how much i try to stay away from, i just couldn't help but go back to. life goes on… 2008 bring it on!
