special non-working holiday: feb. 25

Monday, February 18, 2008

the president has issued proclamation no. 1462 declaring monday, feb. 25, as a special non-working holiday in observance of the 22nd anniversary of the edsa people power revolution.

personally, i think this hoilday is useless but a holiday is still a holiday.  who wouldn’t want a long weekend!? :) don’t have to go to work, yipee!

Hahahaha! But we really have experienced working on holidays last year. Imagine, our sacrifice for the Holy week was to go work. tsk, tsk, tsk.
