tacky tactics
Sunday, July 19, 2009it’s difficult to work with people who are always out to prove something. i’m not sure if it is just being competitive or if it’s being insecure. i understand that of course you should always try to impress the god and the demigods in the workplace. what i don’t understand is when people grab every opportunity to promote themselves at the expense of others. it’s just plain tacky.
and one more thing…when you help, don’t rub it in people’s faces. don’t help and then use it to show off. ang baduy okay?
for me, if you’re really good, you will shine without having to outshine others.
